Agreement
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from or on behalf of Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc., you agree to these SMS program terms. These terms govern only the SMS program and are separate from the official sweepstakes rules published for the campaign (for example, on TapKat).
Program description
The Broomfield Rotary SMS Campaign sends transactional and informational SMS related to sweepstakes entries, donations, confirmations, reminders, and campaign updates for our nonprofit fundraising sweepstakes. Messages are intended to support your participation and keep you informed about matters relevant to the campaign—not for unrelated marketing broadcasts.

Opt-out
You may unsubscribe from these SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation text, and we will stop sending messages to that number for this program unless you sign up again in compliance with applicable law.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to participate in this SMS program.
Consent; not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase (where a purchase is permitted) and is not required to make a donation where the law provides a free method of entry. You opt in through website forms (or other clear, affirmative actions we describe at the point of collection).
Supported carriers; delivery
Participation may be limited to supported carriers. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered at a particular time or at all. Delivery may be affected by carrier networks, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc. and its volunteers, directors, officers, agents, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this SMS program. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the SMS program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid specifically for SMS-related fees charged by us (if any), whichever is greater—except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
Changes; termination
We may modify these SMS program terms or end the SMS program at any time. We will provide notice as required by law. Continued participation after changes may constitute acceptance, where permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by federal law (including rules applicable to telecommunications and messaging).
